At Perfectly Optimized we don’t have support tickets or support departments. There is not a 48-hour promised response time. That is what you get with larger companies that do not stress personal consultation. With us, you will have personal access (personal mobile numbers) to the ones actually doing the work for your marketing or website. We also have the standing promise that if we can answer your call we will. We see our clients as family, and since we do not impose hours of operation on our own family we, in turn, do not impose times on you. Yes, you may call at any time. I answered calls at 2 AM in the morning to address emergencies before.

The main point to convey is that we are responsive because we care. We lose sleep knowing one of our client’s websites has an issue or your email isn’t working. Your concerns equal our concerns. Additionally, our firm does not contain “yes men”. If we feel the path you were going may be detrimental to you, or we see other opportunities that may benefit your business model, we speak up. This is in contrast to executing a list of requests with no regard for the outcome. When we first chat we’ll be very interested in your goals and the threats that hinder that path. We’ll be interested in your business and new opportunities that can emerge.
