Usage Wallet
Your usage wallet is a separate amount that covers actual usage (texts, emails, AI). We even give you $5 for free during your trial to test it out.
Cost Reallocation
The monthly amount with us increases ONLY WHEN you can cancel another service's monthly fees and/or use a feature that would have cost you an extra monthly fee elsewhere. We simply ask for a reallocation of those same costs, but at a lower rate.
Usage Costs Explained
The platform charges small usage-based fees for SMS, calls, email, and AI features. Most clients spend $15–$80/mo. These appear as a separate line item on your invoice.
Note:You only incur these usage costs if and when you actively use these specific features. You'll be paying these fees somewhere anyway, but with us, it is strictly based on usage. If your needs don't require these features, there isn't a charge.
Additionally, any wallet balance you load to drive these services never expires. This covers all platform usage including SMS, Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Premium Automation Triggers/Actions, Content AI, Workflow AI, and Reviews AI.
